Orders ship once full payment is received. Payments are processed through Paypal or Wix Payments which accepts all major credit cards. Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Tennessee.
HOW I'LL CONTACT YOU
I will use the email address you listed at checkout to contact you with questions or concerns about your order. I'll also use that email address to send digital proofs. It is up to you to make sure that email address is up to date. If I contact you about an order or send a proof, and don't hear back within 48 hours, I'll make my best guess and ship your order. No refunds will be given on custom or personalized orders even if you didn't respond to my message.
All items are packaged in cellophane or boxes and ready to give as a gift. Paper items are shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent damage during shipping. If you prefer a more eco-friendly option, ask me to exclude cellophane packaging when you check out.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Full payment is required before production begins on your custom or personalized order. Unless the listing states that no digital proof will be sent, a digital proof will be sent to the email you list at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure the email address is correct and to respond within 48 hours. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, production will begin with the original proof. After production begins, no refunds will be given and no cancellations will be accepted.
These products are intended for adults! Some of my products contain small parts not suitable for children under 3.
