If you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. You must send your item back to me at your expense - use the return address on your package. Once it arrives undamaged, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item or send a replacement item. No shipping costs will be refunded, and you will need to pay the extra postage for the exchanged item to be mailed to you. Custom orders can not be exchanged or refunded.

All wholesale orders ship priority via the United States Post Office. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately via Paypal and must be paid before your order will ship.

Temporary tattoos are usually ready to ship.
