Most items in my shop are ready to ship the next day but can take up to 5 days to ship. Personalized cards take 2-5 days to ship depending on the quantity and whether or not a proof is requested. Custom and personalized postcards, prints, and notepads take about a week to ship. Custom magnets and ornaments take 2-3 weeks to ship. If you have a hard deadline, please let me know at checkout.


Orders ship via USPS or UPS (for large orders over 1lb). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total. The more you buy, the more cost effective shipping will be. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. First-class mail with tracking is included in the shipping fee charged at check out*. This method usually takes 2-5 days to arrive but can take up to 10 days. Please contact me before placing your order if you need to upgrade shipping. Shipping time frames are NOT guaranteed by the Post Office or UPS and do not have a money back guarantee.

*Stickers ship in an envelope and do not include tracking to keep shipping costs low.


I do not refund orders shipped due to an error on the customer's part; for example - an order placed by mistake or an order placed with the wrong shipping address. If the package is returned to me, I will offer to reship the package for an additional shipping fee or refund the order minus shipping costs. I am not responsible for late or lost mail, and I will not reship or refund items that are lost or late.


I currently do not ship internationally.


Unused items in their original condition may be returned with 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you wish to return your items, a shipping fee will be deducted from your original order. The rest will be refunded to you once I receive the undamaged items. Please contact me for a mailing address or use the return address on the label on your package. Personalized orders can not be exchanged or refunded. That includes personalized stationery, personalized ornaments, custom color cat and dachshund magnets, city and state items, and custom photo magnets and ornaments. Mystery bags and "slightly imperfect" items are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.


If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to include a photo of the damaged item(s). A refund or replacement item will be offered. If I ask you to return the damaged items, a return label will be provided for you.


Please contact me within 4 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once your order ships, it can not be cancelled. Once production has begun on a personalized or custom order, it can not be cancelled.
