Orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Custom orders ship within 2-3 weeks to allow for production time. All orders are shipped through the United States Post Office. You will receive tracking info via email when your order ships. First Class shipping usually takes 2-5 days within the United States. Shipping time frames are not guaranteed by the Post Office. I do not refund orders shipped due to an error on the customer's part; for example - an order placed by mistake or an order placed with the wrong shipping address. I will not reship or refund items that were lost in the mail.
Please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once your order ships, it can not be cancelled.
I will replace any items that arrive damaged. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item(s). If I ask you to return the damaged items, a return label will be provided for you.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about an item and would like to exchange it or receive a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. You must send your item back to me at your expense - use the return address on your package. Once it arrives in resellable condition, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item or send a replacement item. No shipping costs will be refunded. Custom orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
All items are packaged in cellophane and ready to give as a gift. Paper items are shipped sandwiched between something rigid to prevent damage during shipping. If you prefer a more eco-friendly option, ask me to exclude cellophane packaging when you check out.
BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
Bulk order discounts are available when you order 24 or more of the same product with the same design. I often work with realtors and other professionals looking to purchase items in bulk to give to their clients. Please message me if you are interested in bulk discounts.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Cards and postcards are printed to order and can be customized for an extra fee when you order 12 or more of the same design (or 10 or more postcards of the same design). I do not customize single cards or postcards. Magnets can also be customized for an extra fee but require 2-3 weeks production time. Sorry, mugs, tattoos, screenprinted apparel, towels, and totes can’t be customized because of the complicated process involved in making them. If you require a digital proof of your customized item, let me know at check out. I will edit the design as many times as you'd like until it's exactly the way you want it. If you are absolutely not happy with the proof, I will refund your payment minus a $10-$20 design fee. After production has begun on your custom order, no refunds will be given and no cancellations will be accepted. Sorry, I no longer offer completely custom designs from scratch such as wedding invitations and business logos.
I am often asked if I can print someone else's design on a tshirt or tote bag. I stay pretty busy producing my own designs and can't take on extra work. I would also be charging custom and handmade prices. A local print shop would be much cheaper and faster than I could be. I can recommend local print shops and screenprinters in Knoxville.
SHOPPING LOCALLY / LOCAL PICK UP
Please check my stockists page to see if a shop near you carries my products. I do not do meet-ups to allow local customers to purchase items. This gets to be too complicated especially during the holidays. But there are lots of great shops in Knoxville that carry my products, and I can drop off specific items for you to pick up at Nostalgia in Bearden - just send me a message!

Screenprinted items can be machine washed and dried on low. Wash in cold water inside out to prevent shrinking. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but for the best results, wash by hand to prevent color fading over time.
I take pride in the quality of my work. I check every product before packaging it. Because the quality of the product is more important to me than creating products cheaply and quickly, large orders may take longer for me to produce (especially wholesale orders). I carefully choose the highest quality papers and apparel. All of the paper I use is acid and lignen free. I try to use eco friendly products as much as possible. "Natural" paper products are made from 100% post consumer waste, and "natural" towels are not chemically processed, color treated, or bleached. All apparel is made in the USA by companies with strict labor regulations.
These products are intended for adults! Some of my products contain small parts not suitable for children under 3.

I can only produce small numbers. I do not ship donated items. They must be picked up at a scheduled time and location. Sorry, I can't donate items during the holiday rush due to increased production and lack of sleep during that time.
