I have various designs, mostly Knoxville themed. The sizes and quantities are limited, and I won't be restocking any of these designs. Wholesale orders usually
ship in 1-2 weeks. Paper goods take about a week to produce. Towels, stickers, keychains, tattoos, gift tags, and lapel pins are ready to ship. Magnets take 1-3 weeks depending on the quantity.

HOW TO ORDER
You'll be given a password to access my wholesale shop. I will need a copy of your certificate of resale before I fill your first order.

MINIMUMS
My minimum order is $100. Please check each listing for product minimums.

SHIPPING cost
Shipping is added to your order based on the total cost of your order. All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service or UPS. I do not drop ship or use private shipping agents.
PAYMENT
You will check out via credit card with Paypal or Wix Payments when placing your order.

You can request a sample before placing your first order. Fill out the form above and request a sample. I can send samples of magnets, postcards, and stickers. I'll need your certificate of resale before sending a sample.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must sell directly to your customer. Items purchased at wholesale cost are not to be given away as gifts or kept for personal use without filing appropriate use tax. For all online sales, website must be owned and operated by your company. Selling my products in the following ways is prohibited: selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to other wholesalers. Products should not be offered for presale before your wholesale order is placed. I am not responsible for non-delivery to your customers following a presale. I do not drop ship products to your individual retail customers. I do not allow my products to be bought and resold by online only shops. I do allow brick and mortar shops to sell my products in their online shop as long as the price online matches or exceeds my retail price. My products are not to be removed from their packaging and sold separately. You may use product photos from my website or social media to promote my products in your store after your wholesale order is placed. Do not use my photos for a presale before your wholesale order is placed.
PRODUCTION TIME / SHIPPING
All towels, kids shirts, onesies, tattoos, totes, gift tags, prints, and keychains are ready to ship. Postcards and stickers typically take 1-2 weeks to ship, and magnets take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the order. Your order will ship when it is complete so if you order postcards and magnets, it will ship when the magnets are ready in 2-4 weeks. Orders will be shipped Priority through the United States Post Office or UPS Ground. That means your order should arrive within 2-3 days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

LOCAL PICK UP / DELIVERY
I deliver local orders within West Knoxville on Wednesdays or weekends. Local pick up is available in West Knoxville.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted on wholesale orders, but I will gladly replace or refund any items that are damaged during shipment. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know of any damaged items or quality issues. I may require you to photograph the damages if the amount exceeds $50. I insure all of my wholesale packages and will need a photograph if I have to file a claim with the Post Office.

STOCKIST LIST
I remove stores from my list of stockists when they haven't placed an order in the past year. This is so that customers looking for my products will know where to find them and so that other interested shops aren't deterred from opening a wholesale account in an area where I already have stockists. To remain on my stockists list, just place an order once a year!
EXCLUSIVITY
I will offer exclusivity of certain products or color options to your zip code after your first reorder, and as long as you order a minimum of $2000 per year.
CUSTOMIZATION
All state and city items can be customized for your state and city. You may also request special colors to match your hometown team. Paper items and magnets do not require a larger minimum than normal to be customized. Screen printed towels, stickers, and vinyl magnets require a 100 piece order.
